It is understandable that one might be away from time to time and I will try to accommodate this by rearranging lessons where suitable, however this is not guaranteed. If you wish to rearrange a lesson, please give at least 24 hours' notice to maximise the chances of finding another suitable lesson slot. It is important that you try and stick to your arranged time every week to avoid disappointment.

• Sessions are paid for in blocks at the beginning of each school half term and cover weekly (or twice-weekly) sessions based on the duration of the half term.

• Invoices must be paid within 14 days of issue.

• There are no refunds for absences within blocks for any reason.

• Rescheduled appointments may be given if cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, but this is not guaranteed.

• All rescheduled appointments are arranged at my discretion.

• You will be refunded for any sessions cancelled by me, for any reason.

 

This policy is in line with the vast majority of tuition providers and is effective from 14th July 2022.
